Hello! My name is Allison Brewer, and I am a Marriage and Family Therapy Trainee currently earning my master’s degree from Touro University Worldwide. I am honored to be part of the Horizon team and passionate about helping others navigate life’s transitions, discover their purpose, and create meaningful changes that support healing and growth.
I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. My approach to therapy is collaborative, warm, compassionate, and grounded in connection. I enjoy helping clients learn to care for themselves well, build confidence and self-trust, and move toward the lives they want to live.
My intention is to offer a calm and respectful environment where clients feel safe, understood, and supported as they explore the challenges and patterns that may be keeping them stuck. Together, we work to build self-awareness, establish and honor healthy boundaries, deepen connections, cultivate hope, and develop tools to manage stress, depression, and anxiety.
No matter what stage of life you’re in or what brought you to this moment, I believe that change is always possible. Together, we can shape a path forward that feels authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with who you are becoming.
