Greetings! My name is Brianna and I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee and Licensed Professional Counselor Trainee pursuing my master’s degree in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University. I am completing my clinical training at Horizon Counseling Center under the supervision of a licensed clinician, where I provide therapy to adults, children, teens, couples, and families in the Sacramento area.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing is possible through supportive and authentic connection. I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their challenges, build on their strengths, and move toward greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding.
I draw from a variety of modalities based on each client's unique needs, including person-centered, trauma-informed, and strength-based approaches.
I am particularly passionate about supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity development, grief, and relational challenges.
It’s a privilege to walk alongside clients in their healing journeys, and I welcome the opportunity to support you with compassion and care.
