Hello! My name is Brooke Fahle, and I am a Therapist Trainee at Horizon Family and Community Services. I am passionate about supporting adults, teens, couples, and families as they navigate life transitions and work toward growth, connection, and resilience. I am particularly drawn to working with families and couples exploring family patterns, boundary challenges, identity transitions, divorce, postpartum experiences, and generational dynamics.
I approach therapy from a person-centered, multicultural, and trauma-focused perspective, integrating approaches such as Emotion-Focused Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I value collaboration deeply and believe that clients are the experts of their own stories; my role is to offer support, curiosity, and tools that empower growth and healing. Whether reflecting on family patterns, navigating a major life transition, or discovering new ways to care for yourself, I strive to walk alongside clients with curiosity, respect, and encouragement as they move toward greater connection and well-being.
I am currently earning my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy at National University and receive weekly clinical supervision from Susan Harrison, LMFT, to ensure that I provide ethical, effective, and compassionate care.
I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you as you explore new possibilities and create meaningful change in your life.
