Hello, I am Diana Nedelcu, and I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee. I am currently pursuing my Master's degree at William Jessup University. I have my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Bible and Theology. I have experience working and helping various populations of all ages. I derive skills and techniques from multiple evidence-based practices of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Emotion Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. I am here to be a safe, and supportive space where you can openly share your heart. My goal is to help cultivate the healing and growth that you desire. I am here to empower, as well as join together in this journey to explore emotions, thoughts and behaviors to cultivate change. I look forward to working alongside you to help in healing, developing new skills, and setting achievable goals. I believe that we all have incredible potential that we need to discover, but it is up to us to be willing to try. Change can happen despite the difficulties from the past. I would be honored to come alongside you in this journey of change, self-discovery, and growth.
