Emma, Levin LMFT, 132073

Emma (she/her) is a LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) who graduated with her Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in Los Angeles, CA. Emma values inclusion, connection, and empathy, and believes that life's suffering and healing stem from a multitude of factors. Emma is also a Certified Yoga Instructor and has trained in Relational Gestalt Therapy, Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, Internal Family Systems, and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention. Because of this, she utilizes a holistic, relational, culturally sensitive, mindful approach, and considers all aspects of an individual as a basis to understand and support them through the therapeutic process. Emma has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families providing individual, group, and family therapy. She has worked as a Clinical Case Manager working with adults with severe psychiatric diagnoses, as a Program Therapist in eating disorder residential and day treatment programs, as a Therapist in community-based mental health serving foster care and at risk youth/families, and as a School-Based Therapist providing counseling to elementary, middle, and high school students. Being a new mom, Emma has found a passion working with parents navigating the transition to parenthood, as well as perinatal and maternal mental health. She also enjoys working with marginalized communities, particularly the LGBTQIAA+ community. In her free time, Emma enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, connecting with her friends and family, and pretty much anything that involves arts and crafts.
