Hello! My name is Gabrielle, and I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee currently earning my master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University. I’m completing my practicum at Horizon Counseling Center under the supervision of Susan Harrison, LMFT, where I work with individuals, couples, families, and teens in the Sacramento area.
I view therapy as a collaborative space where we can slow down, reflect, and make sense of your experiences together. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and centered on genuine connection. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood while exploring the challenges, emotions, and relationships that shape your life.
I draw from a range of therapeutic perspectives that focus on understanding patterns, building self-awareness, and fostering resilience. My goal is to support you with compassion as you work toward healing and personal growth. I believe each person holds the capacity for change, and that therapy can be a place to rediscover that strength and move toward a greater sense of balance and fulfillment.
