Ginger Eachus, Trainee
Supervised by Ashley, Barnes-Brown LMFT, 127661

Hi there! I’m Ginger (she/her), and I am a Marriage & Family Therapist Trainee from the University of San Francisco, receiving weekly supervision from Ashley Barnes-Brown, LMFT #127661.

I help individuals and couples explore their identities, navigate life transitions, and reconnect with their authentic selves. I am especially familiar with the challenges of OCD, anxiety, and intrusive thoughts—especially those that feel disturbing or leave you filled with doubt. As a queer person, I know how important it is to find a therapist who allies with you. My approach is affirming, casual, and collaborative, and I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Narrative Therapy and Exposure & Response Prevention Therapy. I am sex-positive, body-positive, and love working with folks in diverse relationship structures.

I’ve worked in the mental health field for nearly five years, supporting individuals and families managing a range of concerns including substance use, trauma, legal involvement, relationship and employment stressors, and housing instability. I’m deeply aware of how our systems create obstacles to prioritizing our mental health, and this is something I welcome you to talk about in our work together.

If you’re feeling lost, experiencing relationship/identity shifts, or having anxiety that interferes with your ability to enjoy life, I would be honored to support you in feeling more like yourself. Thank you for considering me as your therapist!
