Hi you! I’m so proud of you for being here. My name is Hope and I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee here at Horizon Counseling Center where I continue to grow clinically and humanely through each unique set of life experiences and circumstances. I graduated with my BA in Psychology at Sacramento State University and continue to earn my Master’s Degree for Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Massachusetts Global.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and compassionate creating a safe space where exploration of experiences and work towards meaningful change can transpire without judgement. I help others with emotional distress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship distress, difficult life transitions and help to focus on the mind-body connection. My approach is also client-centered where therapy will be at your pace creating an empowered and supportive environment for you to reach your goals.
As a developing clinician under the direct supervision of Ashley Barnes-Brown, I hope to help guide you on your journey that you seek help for.
