Hello! My name is Kaleena (Kuh-lee-na) Benjamin, and I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee at Horizon Counseling Center. Currently, I am under the supervision of Susan Harrison, LMFT #93612, as I pursue my master's degree.
No matter where we are in life, having the support of others fosters connection, the feeling of being heard, and new perspectives we might not have considered. In therapy, my goal is to join you where you are and walk alongside you as a guide and supporter. I value collaboration and providing a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore vulnerable topics, life transitions, and other areas.
I practice from an empathetic, genuine, and culturally sensitive stance to support individuals, couples, and families. I look forward to meeting and working with you as you begin or return to therapy!
