Welcome! My name is Nialah, and I’m a Marriage and Family Therapy trainee currently pursuing my master’s degree at National University. I’m passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges and helping them build resilience, healing, and personal growth.
My background in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) has given me valuable experience working with children, teens, and young adults. I bring this foundation into my therapy practice, using a client-centered, strengths-based approach tailored to each person's unique needs.
I incorporate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, and I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where clients feel truly seen and heard. To ensure ethical and effective care I receive weekly clinical supervision from Jeff Beesley, LMFT #105525.
Thank you for considering working with me. I’d be honored to support you on your path toward greater well-being.
