Shelby Lane, Trainee
Supervised by Susan, Harrison LMFT, 93612

Hello! I am Shelby Lane, a Marriage and Family Intern, currently working toward a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Massachusetts Global. I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.

My approach is client-centered, rooted in the belief that each person holds the inner resources necessary for growth and healing. I draw from an integrative framework, blending humanistic, relational, and evidence-based practices to meet the unique needs of each individual, couple, or family. I work collaboratively with clients to explore their experiences, deepen self-awareness, and foster meaningful change. Whether you're navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, or questions of identity, my goal is to support your journey with empathy, curiosity, and authenticity.

I am passionate about creating a space for healing and transformation, while honoring each client’s unique lived experience and cultural background.

Thank you for considering working with me. I’d be honored to support you on your journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery.
